Eligibility for Refund or Exchange:

A refund or exchange will be considered under the following circumstances:

Damaged Item: The product arrives damaged during shipping.

Incorrect Vinyl: The item you received has a different vinyl design or color than what you ordered.

All refund and return requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange:

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must follow these steps:

Include Your Order Number: Your email must contain your full order number for us to locate your purchase.

Provide Photographic Evidence: Attach clear photos of the item(s) you received. The pictures must clearly show the damage or the incorrect vinyl design.

Describe the Issue: In your email, please provide a brief description of the problem (e.g., "The tumbler arrived with a crack," or "The vinyl color is incorrect").

Important Notes:

No refunds or exchanges will be processed without an email to throughthethreads2025@gmail.com that includes the required order number and photographic evidence.

Once we receive your email and verify the issue, we will respond with instructions on how to proceed. This may include a return shipping label or further assistance.

We reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange if the claim does not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.

Non-Refundable Items:

Please be aware that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for items due to:

Buyer's remorse.

Damage caused by the customer after delivery.

Normal wear and tear.
